Project Kickoff

We begin by thoroughly understanding the project goals, scope of work, level of detail (LOD), expectations, schedules, preferred software, collaboration platforms, etc.

Model collection and Review

We collect all discipline models including architectural, structural, MEP-FP in Revit and other compatible formats and carefully review for accuracy, detailing, and standards to make sure all models are ready for coordination and clash detection.

Federated Model Creation

We use mostly recommended tool Navisworks to combine all the models in a single federated model. Which allow us to visualize the entire project in 3D, identify clashes, and facilitate team collaboration.

Clash Detection and Analysis

We run multiple clash detection using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to identify conflicts (both hard and soft clashes) between trades and base models. We prioritize clashes based on their impact.

Coordination Meetings

We schedule regular (weekly/biweekly) BIM coordination meetings with all stakeholders of the project to review clashes, assign responsibilities, track down issue logs or RFI and make sure everyone is on same page towards successful constructability.

Final Deliverables
